Responsibilities The DoD-Defense Industrial Base Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE) is the operational hub for DoD's Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Cybersecurity Program, focused on protecting intellectual property and safeguarding DoD content residing on or transiting contractor unclassified networks. DCISE develops and shares actionable threat products, performs cyber analysis and diagnostics, and provides remediation consults for over 700 DIB partners. The qualified candidate for this position will be responsible for driving transformative initiatives and ensuring effective change and risk management processes in alignment with the CMMI Level 3 for Services standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies and detailed change management plans in line with organizational objectives.
• Assess change impact, including the development of impact analysis, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Design, develop, and deliver training to impacted employees to facilitate change.
• Track and report issues, perform risk analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks associated with the change using Jira.
• Incorporate risk management strategies within the change management lifecycle to maintain adherence to CMMI Level 3 processes, practices, and policies.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
• Develop change readiness assessments, post-implementation reviews, and risk monitoring plans to ensure changes are effectively embedded into the organization.

Qualifications BS and 8 years of experience - additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Minimum Qualifications:

• Secret Security Clearance is required.

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
