Pay $51~$70 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Licensure: Current and valid Dental Hygienist license. Certifications: Current CPR and BLS Certification. Clinical Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation. Health Screening: Ability to complete a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment as part of our health and safety commitment. Job Description Comprehensive Patient Care: Deliver exceptional dental hygiene treatments, including cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventative care. Patient Advocacy: Act as a primary point of contact for patient education, helping individuals understand their oral health needs and treatment options. Clinical Assessment: Perform detailed patient screenings, review medical histories, and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR). Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize modern dental technology to assist in the early detection of oral health issues. Sterilization & Safety: Maintain a safe environment through rigorous adherence to infection control protocols and medical documentation standards. Collaboration: Partner with the Doctor and office team to ensure a seamless patient experience and efficient clinical workflow. Benefits Sign-On Bonus: $2,500.00.
