As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Input orders into POS systems and communicate with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear tables, reset for the next guests, roll silverware, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members and support other roles as needed.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying trays or items up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to perform regular duties safely
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
