WordPress Developer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with expertise in Elementor to design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and high-performing websites. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of WordPress development, a keen eye for design, and a strong ability to create responsive, user-friendly websites. This role involves working with internal teams and clients to deliver web solutions that meet technical, aesthetic, and functional requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize WordPress websites using Elementor and related tools to create user-friendly, responsive layouts.


• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.


• Implement custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins as needed to meet specific client needs.


• Maintain, update, and optimize websites to ensure compatibility, performance, and security.


• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following web development best practices.


• Integrate third-party APIs and web services for extended site functionality.


• Optimize website performance through speed optimization, caching, and responsive design techniques.


• Implement security protocols and updates to protect websites from vulnerabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
  
  
  
  • Advanced proficiency in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
  
  
  • Strong experience with Elementor and its features, including custom widgets, templates, and theme builder functions.
  
  
  • Proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML, CSS (including CSS3 and Sass), JavaScript, and PHP.
  
  
  • Knowledge of web hosting environments, server configurations, and basic database management.
  
  


• UI/UX Design & Compatibility:
  
  
  
  • Experience designing responsive and visually appealing websites using Elementor and other tools.
  
  
  • Expertise in ensuring cross-browser compatibility and consistent user experiences across devices.
  
  
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive web design.

  • Knowledge of security principles, including implementing secure authentication, firewalls, and malware protection.
  
  
  • Experience with website performance optimization techniques, such as caching and asset optimization.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
  
  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for clear project discussions and problem-solving.
  
  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines efficiently.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for WordPress optimization.


• Knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce website development.


• Experience with multimedia content integration, such as video embedding and galleries.


• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design principles and frameworks.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in web development with a focus on WordPress.
