Community Outreach & Marketing Representative – Adult Day Care Services

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Community Outreach & Marketing Representative to help grow awareness and referrals for our Adult Day Care centers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and connecting families with valuable community resources.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and experienced in healthcare marketing, senior services, home care, social services, or community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with:

  • Hospitals

  • Rehabilitation centers

  • Social workers

  • Assisted living facilities

  • Physicians’ offices

  • Senior centers

  • Community organizations

• Conduct in-person outreach and presentations within the community

• Promote company services through networking events, health fairs, and community programs

• Educate families and referral sources about Adult Day Care benefits and services

• Track leads, referrals, and outreach activities

• Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and growth initiatives

• Help maintain social media and local marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in a nursing home, assisted living, or adult day care facility required

• Experience in healthcare marketing, senior care, home care, or related field preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
