Quality Supervisor

We’re hiring a Quality Supervisor to lead quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees inspection, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with ISO and regulatory standards.
What you’ll do:
- Lead day-to-day quality and inspection activities
- Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, UL standards
- Drive continuous improvement + SPC initiatives
- Resolve customer quality issues and lead root cause analysis
- Partner with suppliers and engineering on quality standards
- Support CMM/inspection processes and GD&T interpretation
What you bring:
- 5+ years in quality within manufacturing
- Metal stamping/fabrication experience preferred
- Leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of GD&T, quality systems, and inspection tools
Nice to have: Lean/Six Sigma, GD&T cert, PMP
