Position Overview Physician – Primary Care, Internal/Family Medicine Location: Farmington, Maine Schedule: Full-time We are seeking a full‑time BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide primary care at our office in Farmington, Maine. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team of two physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers, supported by a dedicated staff team. Responsibilities Perform physical examinations and well‑check visits. Provide women’s health exams, sick visits, and well‑child visits. Administer school and sports physicals. Manage chronic health conditions. Order and review lab work onsite; coordinate inpatient care at Franklin Hospital. Participate in a licensed clinical social worker program to address behavioral health needs. Complete call coverage of 1:6 and occasionally make nursing home rounds. Teach nurse‑practitioner and physician assistant learners as well as medical students from the University of New England and Tufts University. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of a Family or Internal Medicine residency program. Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
