Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
• Support business development by creating integrated marketing plans for lab services, technical consulting, and emerging sectors.
• Oversee digital presence, including social media, website content, and public relations, ensuring high-quality, consistent messaging.
• Manage annual marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize programs to maximize ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns and ensure strategic alignment across functions.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing, communications, or related experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing marketing professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to execute marketing strategies tied to measurable business objectives, including brand management, digital marketing, and CRM (Salesforce and HubSpot experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel nationally, up to 25% as needed.
