Job Description:

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years RN experience

- Travel RN experience required

- Required certifications: BLS, NRP

Key clinical skills:

• Manage CPAP/BiPAP
• Blood/blood product administration
• Temperature management (cooling/warming blankets)
• Obtain 12-lead EKG
• Manage drains, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, syringe pumps
• Wound VAC care
• Medication administration: heparin, insulin, magnesium sulfate
• OB/GYN/post-op care; scrub and circulate for C-section; LDRP experience
• Experience with postpartum care, GYN surgeries, couplet care, low-risk antepartum, and transition nursery

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive care for postpartum patients, both vaginal and C-section deliveries.

- Assist in GYN surgical procedures and post-operative care.

- Engage in couplet care, managing both mother and infant needs.

- Participate in low-risk labor/delivery and antepartum services.

- Attend all deliveries and provide necessary support during the transition nursery phase.

- Administer medications and manage patient care equipment as required.

Compliance / Notes:

- References required: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years.

- Pre-start modules average ~16 hours (non-billable).

- Standard travel credentialing applies.
