Clinic: Perform routine exams, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecological procedures. Hospital: Perform deliveries, surgeries, and manage obstetric emergencies; collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives in a heavily co‑managed care model. Engage in innovative practices to enhance patient outcomes and experiences. Mentor and support junior staff and residents. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice. Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
