Assistant Restaurant Manager – Quick Service / Fast Casual

Are you an experienced Quick Service Restaurant Manager leader ready for a positive career move in 2026?

We’re interviewing motivated Assistant Restaurant Managers who bring strong operational know-how, team leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience. We need leaders in the Roseville, California area with a base pay of $55,000 to $65,000 a year.

As we are preparing for multiple new restaurant openings, we’re actively hiring tenured, operations-driven restaurant managers to support our expanding footprint.

What you bring:

• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience in QSR or Fast Casual

• Strong understanding of basic cost controls

• Proven planning, organizational , and communication skills

• Ability to motivate and build high-performing teams

• Leadership from the “quarterback” position—no sideline coaching

• A genuine desire to have fun at work
