Responsibilities
- Provide triage, assessment, and ongoing nursing care for ED patients across all ages
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care accurately
- Perform clinical procedures as delegated, including monitoring for changes in condition and initiating timely interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other ED team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions, follow-up care, and safety measures

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing (state-specific as applicable)
- Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity Emergency Department
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff
- Comfortable providing care to diverse age groups from newborns to geriatrics
