Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

CNC Machinist – M-F, 7am-330pm

We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. A successful Machinist at WEBCO MFG is both Efficient and Precise, meeting customer specifications and expectations by delivering high-quality Machining done efficiently.

Job duties:

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.

Skills/Requirements:

• 2 years of related experience
• Ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F
• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail

• MORI SEKI NH6300 DCG Horizontal Machining Center
• DOOSAN DBC130L II Horizontal Boring Mill

VERTICAL MILL

• HAAS VF-10 Vertical Machining Center
• DOOSAN DNM 500 Vertical Machining Centers

LATHE

• Doosan Lynx 220L with automatic bar feed
• HAAS TL3
