Direct Hire Opportunity: Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift) — $40.81/hr
Location: LaVergne, TN | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

We are seeking a talented and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to work directly for our client at their LaVergne facility. What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and mentor the maintenance team
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability and plant uptime
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs (SAP PM/CMMS)
• Manage budgets and spare parts inventory
• Lead root cause analysis and lead corrective actions
• Ensure safe and compliant maintenance operations
• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing to meet goals

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of relevant maintenance, reliability engineering, or manufacturing leadership experience
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Proficiency with SAP PM or similar CMMS software
• Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
