General Manager

Titan is a new Northern Mexican restaurant helmed by Chef Alan Delgado of Los Burritos Juarez, Ivy Mix (founder of Speed Rack, partner at Whoopsie Daisy, and formerly of Leyenda) and the team behind Celestine and Grand Army. We are seeking a General Manager with a minimum of 2 years NYC experience to join our team. We hope to find candidates with the empathy, talent, passion, and the focus necessary to execute at the highest level while still offering warm meticulous service in a beautiful environment.

This position provides the opportunity for involvement in all aspects of the business. Strong organizational skills are essential for the administrative and operational side of the role, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to build, mentor, and inspire a team. We bring years of experience and proven systems and are looking for someone who is thoughtful, solutions-oriented, and excited to contribute creatively to a new project.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with ownership and other team leaders to develop and implement systems, service standards, and structure
• Oversee all front of house operations, ensuring excellence in service and a positive, motivated team environment
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of FOH staff
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, payroll, sales reporting, COGS and labor controls, and DOH readiness
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing staff education to build product knowledge and service consistency
• Collaborate with the culinary team to refine service flow, menu communication, and guest experience
• Work with events team to develop and execute private dining and full buyout opportunities
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, community engagement, and overall business strategy

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of NYC executive restaurant management experience, with opening experience strongly preferred
• A willingness to be a hands-on, engaged leader during service, calling out issues as they arise and working with ownership to quickly resolve them
• Strong leadership presence with a commitment to team development and culture-building
• Deep knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality
• Highly organized with strong administrative and financial acumen
• Experience with platforms such as Resy, Toast, and Craftable is a plus

Compensation includes base salary, vacation time, and other benefits.
