Lead Java Backend Developer

Introduction We are seeking a Lead Java Backend Developer with experience in the Retail domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems for our retail applications. Responsibilities Lead a team of Java developers in the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems for retail applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of backend systems Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of systems Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development Requirements Required Skills: Proficiency in Java programming language Experience in the Retail domain Strong understanding of backend development Preferred Skills Experience with agile development methodologies Knowledge of cloud technologies Excellent communication and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Techyantram Solutions LLC
