Role Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce our agency’s growth. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
