Temporary Front Desk Administrative Assistant Location: Midlothian, TX Pay: $17.50/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Duration: 3-week temporary assignment Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and professional Administrative Assistant for a 3-week project in Midlothian. This position will primarily be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist with check-ins and general front desk activities Respond to basic questions and direct visitors or employees to the appropriate department Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks Organize and maintain documents and paperwork Assist with scheduling and other office-related duties as needed Maintain a professional and organized reception area Provide general administrative support to the team Qualifications Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Professional and friendly communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Professional appearance and demeanor This is a short-term 3-week assignment with the potential for additional opportunities based on business needs and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Snelling Staffing DFW
