Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Now Hiring

Ready to be cross-trained in logistics administration? We have immediate openings for entry-level shipping and receiving clerks to support documentation and material flow on short-term mandates. This unique role offers ultimate flexibility and consistent pay, allowing you to gain experience in both inbound and outbound processes without needing prior specific certifications.

Your responsibilities:

- Data support: assist with data entry related to both incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments into internal tracking systems.
- Document filing: organize and file all hard-copy paperwork, including bills of lading (bols) and shipping manifests.
- Basic material handling: assist with light physical tasks such as sorting parcels, applying labels, and moving small items using hand carts.
- Labeling and sorting: print tracking labels for outbound packages and apply internal labels to incoming materials.
- Adaptability: quickly learn the procedural differences between receiving (verification) and shipping (carrier readiness) during each short-term mandate.

• Build, wrap, sort pallets
• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Packing & Labeling product according to specifications
• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
• Label deliveries and allocate designated locations
• Inspect material supplies and inventory
• Using inventory management software
• Unload and inspect packages for damage

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
