What Youll Do
As a Lawn Care Technician, you are more than just a technician you are the face of our company and a trusted advisor to our clients. Every day, youll help homeowners create healthier, greener outdoor spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:

• Applying top-quality lawn care and pest control treatments
• Diagnosing lawn concerns and recommending solutions
• Operating equipment and maintaining company standards
• Providing excellent customer communication and service
• Working independently while managing an efficient route
• Supporting team goals and daily operations

Ideal candidates will have:

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate equipment safely
• Ability to stay productive and meet performance goals
