Organize meetings, events, and activities, including room reservations, logistics, and vendor coordination. Maintain accurate records, databases, and tracking systems for attendance, engagement, and ministry data. Support planning and execution of outreach events, mission activities, and trips, including travel and documentation. Coordinate communication efforts such as newsletters, promotional materials, and updates across teams. Assist with gallery management and arts programming, including volunteer coordination and event execution.
