In this role, you'll be part of the team responsible for keeping machines running efficiently and ensuring parts meet quality standards. C&S offers a 2nd shift premium of $45 per shift/day. What you'll do: Set up, run, and monitor CNC machines to keep production moving Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications Track production and maintain basic records Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe What we're looking for: Experience operating CNC or similar machinery Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to perform the physical tasks of the role Team player with good communication What we offer: Full-time, steady work Clean, organized facility Team-focused environment Opportunities to learn and grow.
