Finance analysts work across functions—including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Contracts—to support financial excellence and disciplined execution.Analysts are responsible for performing foundational financial tasks, supporting data accuracy, preparing standard reports, and assisting senior team members. At this level, analysts are expected to demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.Prepare standard financial reports and metrics using provided tools and guidanceExtract data from SAP, Analysis for Office, and related systemsSupport reconciliations, variance explanations, and routine finance tasksPerform data validation in support of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cyclesAssist with creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, charts, and presentationsQualifications You Must HaveMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Business, or relevant field and obtained by start date.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Qualifications We PreferProject exposure to finance or analyticsExperience creating basic presentations or financial visualsStrong math and spreadsheet skillsWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
