Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The LCSW will provide individual and group counseling, create and implement personalized care plans, and coordinate treatment resources for clients. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, addressing behavioral and mental health concerns, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patients through case management. The role requires maintaining accurate documentation and fostering a compassionate therapeutic environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Work and Medical Social Work, with the ability to develop and implement care plans Experience in Mental Health and Behavioral Health treatment, with an understanding of evidence-based practices Expertise in Case Management, including resource coordination and client advocacy Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of North Carolina Master's degree in Social Work or a related field Familiarity with diverse populations and culturally competent care is a strong asset Experience in substance use treatment is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascend Recovery Centers
