School Social Worker

Master's degree from a graduate school of social work program approved by the State Board of Education required.

Temporary or full approval for school social work from MDE, required.

Knowledgeable about the function of a Social Worker in a School Based environment required.

Exceptional ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing required.

Experience working as a School Social Worker preferred.

Skilled in identifying and developing resources within and outside a school system preferred.

Must have the ability to work cooperatively with others required.
