We are building Delivrd Media, our in-house media company, and this is the person who captures it. You shoot, so you have to be in the room, which is why this seat is Charlotte based. You will run our in-person production end to end, from streams and clinics to on-location shoots, and you will cut both long‑form and short‑form from your own footage. If you obsess over a clean shot and a tight edit, this is your seat. We work a 5‑day week because we believe in a proper work‑life balance. Here’s what you’ll be expected to do: Shoot in person: streams, clinics, in‑studio, and on‑location shoots (auto reviews, RV and boat series, secret‑shop content). Editing: Edit long‑form and short‑form from your own footage and ours. Trend Development: Own the look, lighting, framing, and sound, the whole capture‑to‑cut pipeline. Collaboration: Work side by side with the founder and team day to day. Maintain Content Schedule: Keep turnaround fast so content never sits in a queue. What You Need to Succeed Here: We value clarity, initiative, and trust. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table: Show, Don't Tell: Your sizzle reel does the talking. This is the most important thing you send us. Call My People: You have references, and you are happy for us to call them. Full Range: You shoot AND edit, with real range across long and short form. CLT Local: You are in Charlotte or ready to be. This seat is in person. Driven & Coachable: Obsessive, coachable, and you finish what you start. Know Your Stack: You know your editing stack and your gear cold. Sharp Eye: The best editors catch what everyone else misses, in the footage and even in a job post like this one.
