Lead. Support. Make a Difference.Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Home Care Manager to help lead the daily operations of a busy, fast-paced home care office. If you're an organized leader who thrives on solving problems, supporting caregivers, and delivering exceptional client care, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoHelp oversee daily office operations and client services.Support scheduling, staffing, and caregiver/client matching.Work closely with recruiting, nursing, and office teams.Ensure outstanding customer service for clients and families.Monitor quality, compliance, and documentation.Assist with home visits, care plans, and ongoing client support.Help train, coach, and develop office staff and caregivers.Manage reports, payroll preparation, and operational metrics.Resolve issues quickly while maintaining compassionate, professional service.Support after-hours On-Call coverage on a rotating basis.What We're Looking For2+ years of management experience.2+ years of home care or personal care experience.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.Professional, compassionate, and customer-focused.Valid Massachusetts driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.Knowledge of ASAP/state-funded home care programs is a plus.Why Guardian Angel Senior Services?At Guardian Angel Senior Services, you'll join a team that values leadership, collaboration, and compassionate care.
