We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the health, well-being, and satisfaction of our residents.
About the Role:
As a Dietary Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that meals are prepared and served with the highest quality and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating food preparation, serving, and presentation
Following menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
Supervising and training dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
Maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Managing inventory and ordering supplies and equipment as needed
Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service and communication
