Associate Inventory Manager

Responsibilities Assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel Inventory tracking and management, achieving key performance metrics Ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store Ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience Monitoring and maintaining store inventory and ensuring accuracy of inventory reporting Ensuring consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations Reviewing, communicating and ensuring compliance with all company SOPs and ensuring that any changes are communicated to employees Conducting inventory audits and any cycle counts required Performing system adjustments as required Helping determine, initiate, and execute subsequent corrective actions Assuming all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes Maintaining brand standards in visual merchandising Handling and resolving patient issues and escalations Maintaining professional working relationships with business partners Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance Performing other tasks assigned by management Requirements High School Diploma required Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus Must have prior cash handling experience Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members Operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.) Comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely Hard Skills Inventory management Inventory tracking Inventory audits Cash handling Regulatory compliance SOP compliance System adjustments Visual merchandising Soft Skills Leadership Supervision Interpersonal skills Professionalism Communication Confidentiality Discretion Customer service Certifications & Qualifications High School Diploma #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
