Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position provides the opportunity to work closely with a diverse caseload—approximately 45 students—while utilizing your expertise in pediatric speech-language therapy. The assignment spans the full 2026-2027 school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Current WA SLP or SLPA License
• ESA certificate required for SLPs
• Experience or strong interest in schools or pediatric settings
• Skills in healthcare-related or educational SLP/SLPA services
• Open to ASHA CCC and CFY candidates

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students from preschool through high school
• Work collaboratively within school teams to assess, develop, and implement individualized educational plans
• Provide both direct and consultative therapy as outlined in IEPs
• Document evaluations, progress, and services in accordance with district guidelines
• Communicate effectively with families, educators, and support staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students

Role & Schedule Overview:

• Full-time, contract position spanning 4 days per week
• 35 hours weekly (8.75 hours per day)
• Caseload of roughly 45 students, with a variety of needs and grade levels
• Location: Near Lacey, WA
