Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $50+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Anderson, South Carolina. This part‑time or PRN position supports our Greenville Visits office and serves adult and geriatric patients in homes throughout Spartanburg and Anderson counties. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Coordinate case management and care. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑arts touch‑pad tablet. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home‑care experience required. Graduation from an accredited nursing program, with transcript or diploma provided. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
