P&C Insurance Services Specialist: Customer Advocate
Paychex Deutschland GmbH
Paychex is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide phone, email, and chat support for Paychex products under guidance, ensuring good customer relations and fair resolution of claims and complaints in line with Paychex policies. The role involves delivering quality service via phone, email, chat, and other channels, following up on items per SLAs, using HRIS/Salesforce/Flex/Core Advanced/ORS, and maintaining documentation of all client interactions.
