Job Description

We are seeking a reliable CDL Driver to operate local routes transporting dry goods. This solo driving position demands strict adherence to safety standards, timely deliveries, and excellent customer interaction without overnight travel.

2nd shift - 4:00pm- 12:30am

3rd shift- 8:30pm- 7:00am

***Must train on first shift 6:30am - 3:00pm***

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicle on local routes
• Load, secure, and unload dry goods cargo safely
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules
• Monitor and manage fuel consumption
• Report any accidents or incidents promptly

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL license
• Must know how to drive manual (No restrictions on license)
• Must be able to meet company standards MVR background requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial driving experience
• Knowledge of commercial driving and route navigation
• Proficient in vehicle inspection and safety regulations
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Effective communication abilities
