Bilingual Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role plays a key part in managing onboarding, employee support, payroll coordination, and overall administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-service driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting both employees and leadership.Pay: $23The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit Annual Benefits-Staff and ManagementResponsibilitiesHiring SupportAssist with onboarding processes including background checks and hiring documentationSubmit new hire paperwork (KPA's) and schedule required training classesOnboarding & Employee ExperienceSupport and facilitate new hire orientation (systems, timekeeping, training, and policies)Distribute uniforms, PPE, and required equipment; ensure proper documentation and acknowledgementsEmployee Support & HR AdministrationServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries (payroll, benefits, PTO, etc.)Support employees with IT, PPE, and general workplace needsAssist with HR processes including direct deposit forms, and other documentationHelp oversee HR-related activities across shift teamsPayroll & Timekeeping CoordinationSupport payroll-related activities, including issue escalation and time tracking supportMaintain accurate PTO records and approve/disapprove time-off requestsTrack attendance, maintain calendars, and update systems (SharePoint, EPAY, trackers)Administrative Operations & ComplianceMaintain key trackers and records (attendance, PTO, org charts, master lists, audit/compliance logs)Support compliance tracking for KPIs and internal programsOrganize and maintain department files and documentationInventory, Supplies & Systems SupportOrder and maintain office supplies, uniforms, and inventory.Manage requests for equipment.Team & Culture SupportCoordinate employee engagement items such as milestone recognitions and team eventsProvide general administrative support to leadership and respond to management requestsQualificationsBilingual: English & SpanishHigh school diploma or GED requiredAdministrative or office support experienceExperience using ExcelStrong customer service, communication, and teamwork skillsExcellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilitiesExperience with inventory tracking, documentation, and reportingAbout UsABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
