Vitality Counseling is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in a remote telehealth setting. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 80,000 annually, depending on your experience and credentials. Key Responsibilities

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor with Vitality Counseling, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic services across various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing a range of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Working closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, facilitating effective communication and coordinated interventions.
• Responding to client crises by employing crisis intervention techniques and providing necessary support during acute distress or emergency situations.
• Engaging in community outreach initiatives and educational programs to raise awareness about mental health issues and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve serving clients from a wide range of demographics and backgrounds, including but not limited to individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other emotional or psychiatric conditions. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possess either a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and the ability to work sensitively with a diverse client population.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working in a community mental health setting or telehealth environment.
• A demonstrated track record of utilizing evidenced-based practices in therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with digital health technologies and virtual therapy platforms.
