Schedule details from manager below: The RTs work 4x10 hr shifts per week, Monday through Friday. They will self-schedule call shifts after the daily schedule is made, including self-scheduling weekend of call. I complete the schedule on a monthly calendar basis. Therefore, at least one weekend per month of call that includes a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. These 3 shifts are part of the ten call shifts per month. Once a month, a long weekend is given off without having to request. For example, if the RT works Monday through Thursday, they will have a long weekend of being off Friday and Monday without requesting.
