Job Summary for the Medical Lab Technologist / Technician:
- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret test results and report findings to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Minimum Qualifications for the Medical Lab Technologist / Technician:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in required field.
- ASCP certified or eligible required.
