How you'll make an impact in this role

• Manage advanced cardiac device programming, including seamless integration, precise reprogramming, and continuous patient monitoring to ensure optimal device performance and safety.
• Educate and empower patients by clearly explaining device procedures, easing anxieties, and fostering confidence in their ongoing care plan.
• Advocate for patient wellness by proactively addressing and communicating critical device data and patient concerns directly to the physician team for swift clinical action.
• Maintain meticulous care records and manage clinical documentation to ensure the care team has real-time, high-quality data for informed decision-making.
• Optimize clinic efficiency by managing supply inventories and supporting daily operations, ensuring the team always has the resources needed to deliver uninterrupted patient care.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
