Check out our Life at Yubico Page on LinkedIn and our awards here.Tasks & Responsibilities:Contribute to the development of warehouse and inventory management concepts and techniques to optimize quality inspection and inventory control systemsComplete complex warehouse and inventory tasks in creative and effective ways, using advanced metrology and data analysisTake the lead on demanding assignments requiring high initiative to resolve inventory-related issues, proactively identifying areas for process improvementAct independently to determine methods and procedures for new warehouse assignments, often serving as a facilitator and team leaderOversee daily inventory usage and accuracy, implementing advanced tracking methodologiesDirect the receipt, inspection, and staging of shipment inventory to ensure rigorous quality standardsIndependently escalate and resolve quality and logistic issues affecting inventory levelsDesign and maintain comprehensive process documentation and SOPsManage complex Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) workflows, including troubleshooting and facilitation of resolutionAnalyze return cycle documentation to lead continuous quality improvementsProactively identify operational bottlenecks and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive sustainable process improvementsProvide support for production and fulfillment teams to meet strategic schedulesWork hours start at 8:00 AM Pacific onsite at our Santa Clara locationAbility to work extended hours on occasionsYou may need to lift up to 20 lbsThis position is based in our Santa Clara OfficeSuch other duties as may be assigned or agreed to by the Manager, Production & FulfillmentSomewhat regular travel may be required to Yubico offices, customer sites, conferences, and company functionsBasic Qualifications:Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory managementProven specialist-level expertise in warehouse operations, demonstrating the ability to act as an independent facilitator and leaderExtensive experience with Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and other process improvement methodologies in a warehouse contextAdvanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (NetSuite) to drive operational excellenceExperience managing complex Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) workflowsDemonstrated success in proactive problem-solving and applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to optimize operational efficiencyPreferred Qualifications:Familiar with fulfillment work in other facilitiesFamiliarity working in a GSuite environmentExperience using metrology and inspection instrumentsCourse study in science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, manufacturing or related fieldU.S. benefits designed for your overall well-being:Health coverage. This role has the annual salary range as defined below for a salary pay range for a candidate located in the San Francisco Bay Area. For roles that are filled in other locations, the compensation range will be based on data provided by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database from Aon.
