Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) healthcare environment in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to nursing staff and clinical team members Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care Manage, coach, and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and clinical excellence Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, social workers, therapists, and other care providers to coordinate participant care plans Monitor clinical quality indicators, compliance standards, and patient care outcomes Ensure adherence to PACE program requirements, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements Review and evaluate nursing documentation, care plans, and clinical workflows Assist with staffing plans, scheduling, performance management, and resource allocation Support care transitions, complex case management, and chronic disease management initiatives Build strong relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and community partners Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent clinical experience considered Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California 3+ years of nursing leadership or management experience Experience working with older adults, geriatrics, chronic care, or complex patient populations preferred Previous experience in PACE, Medicare, managed care, or community-based healthcare strongly preferred Preferred Skills Experience leading interdisciplinary healthcare teams Knowledge of CMS, Medicare, and healthcare compliance standards Strong background in care coordination and population health management Commitment to providing culturally responsive and patient-centered care This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing leader who is passionate about improving care delivery and making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults through innovative, coordinated healthcare services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
