Exempt Salary: $58,118 to $74,813 Job Summary With the expansion of LCDF services as a newly designated Certified Behavioral Health Community Center, we are creating a Mobile Crisis Response Team. This position will provide assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups; coordinates with and provides education to support system and community agencies in relation to patient care, assists in staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision and provides feedback to assist in planning, development, and implementation of services for their program. Core Competencies Knowledge of various modes of psychotherapy and evidence-based practices, especially crisis intervention and short-term models using individual, group, and familial approaches. Skill in assessment procedures, diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic treatment, and case management practices including follow-up and closure. Ability to establish therapeutic alliance with clients and their families. Ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team and with the public. Assesses and incorporates culture into assessment and treatment processes. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Actively seek feedback and supervision, and engage in personal reflection and self-correction. Acknowledges impact of own feelings and cultural values on practice. Knowledge of ethical principles and state laws. Knowledge of and adheres to state reporting and regulatory guidelines. Maintains appropriate boundaries with patients. Assesses for trauma and engages in trauma informed practices. Formulates realistic, patient centered treatment goals and evaluate progress toward goals. Knowledge of developmental needs of population served. Job Requirements Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field. Current New Mexico independent license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or marriage and family therapy (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT). Must be able to maintain a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and current car insurance. Must be able to work unconventional hours: weekends/evening/holiday.
