Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home HealthThis is a 13-week contract position.Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (Day Shift).Sonoma County, CAWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality home health care services. The LVN will be responsible for performing routine visits and ensuring that each patient receives proper care according to established protocols.Deliver routine nursing care to patients in their homes.Ensure care plans are followed and evaluate patient conditions regularly.Document patient interactions and progress in the system.Assist in coordinating patient care with other healthcare professionals.Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.Current LVN licensure in California.Experience in home health care required.Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred; candidates without experience may be considered at a reduced rate for training.Must achieve a minimum of 32 points per week through patient visits.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
