A day in the life of an Area Coach:
- Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers
- Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders
- Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics
- Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience
- Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs
- Execute company initiatives across all locations
Area Coaches are required to have:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience)
- Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations
- Flexible schedule and ability to travel
