Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Odessa, TX

Position Highlights:

Join a well-respected hospital with a supportive surgical team
Monday-Thursday schedule, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Two OR suites with an average of 3-5 scheduled cases/day
General surgical cases and pediatric dentistry (5 days/month)
No OB cases and no on-call responsibilities
All cases are scheduled with occasional emergent cases through the ER
Facility is actively growing surgical volume

Compensation & Benefits:

1099 contract option: up to $450,000 annually
Direct employment option: salary up to $375,000 annually
Full benefits package including health coverage and retirement plan
Outstanding retirement match: 2.5 to 1
