IMMEDIATE HIRING: Warehouse Worker Pays around $17-22$/Hr

Job Description:

This entry-level warehouse role involves supporting daily operations by picking packing, staging, and handling materials to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products. You will work closely with team members and supervisors, follow written work orders in English, and perform physical tasks while standing on your feet for most of the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with team members to package items accurately and efficiently.
• Read and follow work orders in English to pick the correct parts and materials.
• Stage products for shipment in an organized and timely manner.
• Work with supervision to understand daily work demand and production priorities.
• Handle materials independently, including moving, sorting, and organizing inventory.
• Perform general labor tasks such as packing, inventory support, and production assistance as needed.
• Use material handling equipment, including forklifts when trained and authorized.
• Support shipping activities by preparing orders and ensuring correct documentation.
• Lift up to 50 pounds infrequently while following safe lifting practices.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow all safety procedures.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to work on your feet for 8–10 hours per day.
• Ability to read and understand work orders in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Basic experience or comfort with packing, inventory, production, material handling, picking, and general labor tasks.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently while following safety guidelines.
• Reliability and consistency in attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or production environments is an advantage.
• Comfort working with basic warehouse systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in a clean, well-lit, and modern warehouse facility. You will work on a set weekday schedule with two primary shifts available:

1st shift, Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM, and 2nd shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The position involves standing and moving for most of the shift, handling materials, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. You will work around typical warehouse equipment such as material handling tools and forklifts in an organized and safety-focused environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Clinton, PA.

The pay range for this position is $34000.00 - $48000.00/yr.

This is a direct placement position. They will get 401K, medical, dental and vision from 30 day mark.

This is a fully onsite position in Clinton,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Jun 12, 2026.
