We're hiring an Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support daily office operations and assist with accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office tasks including filing and organization
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Handle invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliation
- Prepare material quotes and support vendor communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- 2-3 years of administrative/accounting experience preferred
- QuickBooks experience required
- Strong work ethic and consistent job history
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Background check required (no theft, fraud, violent crimes, or drug-related charges)
- No drug screening required
- Business casual dress code (jeans allowed)
- Onsite training provided with Damon
- 401(k) offered (no healthcare benefits)
