QuickBooks Enterprise Accounting Clerk (Inventory & Operations)

Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop user to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and order processing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting & QuickBooks Daily use of QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop Process Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Item Receipts, and RMAs Maintain accurate inventory, sales tax, and financial records Support reconciliations and financial reporting Operations Coordination: Track open Sales Orders, POs, and RMAs Ensure order flow and fulfillment progress Process payments and coordinate with internal teams Administrative Support: Maintain organized records (digital and physical) Assist with payroll, HR, and office operations Work Environment Fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
