Senior Facilities Coordinator - Child Center - Long Term Care

Senior Facilities Coordinator – Providence Child Center We are hiring a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the Providence Child Center with a 1.0 FTE full‑time day shift (5 8‑hour shifts per week). The Maintenance Planner works with the department manager and his/her designees to plan, schedule and allocate work in an equitable and timely manner. They develop and maintain processes for collecting data and reporting the status of testing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies. Required Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Computer Applications or Facility Maintenance or 2 years of related work experience. 2 years of experience operating and managing computerized maintenance management applications or similar programs, and developing and generating reports from database applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading safety committee meetings and staff education on safety awareness and best practices. Experience with Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards and Center for Medicare‑Medicaid Services Conditions of Participation. Benefits Free, convenient and ample parking.
