Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide individualized counseling sessions that effectively address the emotional and behavioral needs of clients, employing various therapeutic methodologies tailored to each individual.

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to client care.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with state regulations and organizational protocols.

  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and conducting regular reviews to adjust strategies as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

  • Actively participate in community outreach initiatives, representing the clinic at events and workshops, thereby strengthening client relationships and increasing community awareness about mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will have a direct impact on a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role calls for an understanding of cultural sensitivities and an ability to engage with clients from various backgrounds. Building strong therapeutic alliances will be key to successfully guiding clients toward their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

  • Holding a valid independent license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) is essential to practice in this role.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health services, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge of mental health care practices.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience working with a broad spectrum of mental health diagnoses, as well as familiarity with various therapeutic models (e.g., CBT, DBT, family systems).

  • Proficiency in teletherapy tools and digital documentation systems is preferred, as this role will primarily utilize remote engagement with clients.

  • Previous involvement in community health initiatives or mental health advocacy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
