Here is what our ideal candidate has:

  • 7-10+ years of experience as an ERP Manager, Implementation Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully running complex, enterprise-level Oracle ERP implementations.
  • Extensive experience leading massive business transformation and modernization projects for organizations new to ERP systems.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle modules such as ERP, SCM, OTM, and Fleet Management.
  • Ability to apply project management frameworks to high-stakes environments without an existing/formal PMO.
  • Strong leadership skills capable of managing a multi-year project timeline and diverse stakeholder groups.
